Greg Toman, CPA/ABV/CFF - Greg has valued businesses and provided financial expert
services to attorneys and their clients for over fifteen years. He has helped owners
sell their businesses, buyers acquire companies, parties settle financial, marital and

business owners find ways to get value when they retire. Greg has substantial advanced
training in valuations and in various financial issues in litigation. He is regularly
hired by businesses and their attorneys to help with business valuation, damages, and
financial expert issues. Greg is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers,
is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of CPAs, and is Certified

financial, tax and operational issues of
closely-held businesses, Jon provides unique insight
and strategies for today's valuation issues. Jon has
in-depth experience in the valuation issues involved
in construction, manufacturing and distribution

by the American Institute of CPAs and is a Certified
Construction Financial Professional by the
