At Kentner Sellers, we provide Employee Benefit Plan
Audit Services to our clients that maintain
retirement plans such as 401(k) plans and Pension
and Profit Sharing plans, and whose plans require an
audit.
In addition to providing the required audit services
in a cost-effective manner, our goal is to help our
clients understand their respective plans and the
related filing and compliance requirements. With
constant changes in the rules and requirements
mandated by the Internal Revenue Service
and Department of Labor, we, along with attorneys,
third party administrators and investment advisors,
help our clients maintain plan compliance.
